Dr. Jay and his incredible team truly are the best in the business. From my initial meeting, I felt cared for and valued as a patient. Everyone at Bow Tie is kind, genuine and very skilled/smart in orthodontics. The offices were always clean and up to date. The front desk staff were prompt, friendly, empathetic and efficient. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking to improve their smile (especially children - they are gentle).

Had our first experience with Bow Tie today and would highly recommend after having worked with a different ortho office. The staff was nice and professional, didn’t have to wait long and the Doctor was personable, friendly and wanted to make sure we were comfortable with him, the office and if all our questions were answered.

I had a great experience with bow tie orthodontist, doctor Jay is amazing very knowledgeable, gentle, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. The staff is just as wonderful super friendly, welcoming, and helpful at every visit. They made the whole braces process so much easier and more comfortable. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care! Ao :)

Dr. J and his staff are always welcoming, helpful, and nothing less than amazing! We chose his office because of a friend’s referral and are so happy we did. He has since provided braces for 2 of my children and what could have been an annoying/painful experience for them has turned into an enjoyable experience for both because they feel heard and welcomed! I also have to give KIERAN a special shout out for her extreme patience with both of my children and their elaborate band design choices!
